FunDo health won’t load I have to uninstall reinstall then it loads then when I go back to it it doesn’t open again so I have to do the same thing every time
FunDo Pro works well for what it does but it cannot detect or sync with the ECG on the model GT22. The watch says go to APP-ECG to get reading but the option doesn’t work. Is there another APP that will report ECG. Other items don’t appear in FunDo Pro as well. There are no BG readings and it doesn’t sync with Apple Health except for steps, HB and Sleep. Will there be upgrade to keep up with watch technology? Watches keep advertising new features but the App software isn’t keeping up. – Thanks

With the L5 smartwatch, I was getting the “illegal device” message.
* Solved by using older version of the app 1.7.0
In the tips menu it comes up with ‘illegal devices, please use genuine’. Both the phone (Samsung A6 SM-A600FN) and the watch (Watch5) are genuine. I have tried resetting the watch back to factory default but the error keeps occurring and does not stay connected to the watch.
