Update. I read all the solutions you suggested. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Updated device and app. Powered Off device waited turned my device back on. Restarted my device. Cleared all cache. I’ve had my way2go card for a year and I have accessed the app and online 4 times. It is always a mess. As soon as the page loads it’s the log in translate page. Enter username and it’s the same page. I’ve tried to reset my password thru this and practically used every option when selecting translate/log in and all other words that redirects me. I get blank pages. This happens on the app and online. I see this is a problem for several people so I’m not quite getting why something hasn’t been done by now. I’m sure many would appreciate it if the issues were at least fixed temporarily and possibly a note telling us an estimated time of repair . It’s an inconvenience. Hope to see some progress. Thanks.
Everytime I type in goprogram.com the screen that pops up looks different and says something about translate, English, and something else. I type my ID in and it won’t load to the next screen where I should type my password in. Some days it works fine, but most days it doesn’t. If I call my card to check the balance it takes money off my card! I don’t want the app cuz I have to put my social security number in and I’m not doing that!

The website does not work majority of the time. It will go from English to Spanish and there is nothing you can do about it. If we have to use this website then make it where there’s no issues with it! Ohh and it also will not even come up on my android either. So there is legit no way to even access it. Do your job & fix it. I have been dealing with this issue ever since they changed it over to this stupid website. I had no issues using eppicard website only way2go program.

Receiving an “Update Required – To use this application you need to update it to the latest version” message on Way2Go card. When I click Update it takes me to the Google Play Go Program Way2Go Card app. When I Open the app, it takes me right back to the “Update Required” message at the log-in screen.
