recently GuitarTapp PRO (operating on a Mac IPad) has just stopped sending emails to my email (Outlook 365 or gmail). I get an error message in Guitar app, but I’ve checked the email addresses (they are correct) and spam/clutter folders (not going there either). What can I do to correct the problem?

I find the app unusable because of all the intro text at the beginning of the song. Is there a way to put it all at the end of the song. It is very difficult to stop play the guitar to scroll the page full of extra text. Put it all at the end.
Edit tab then just select it and delete works for us

In the many years that I have had guitartapp I have emailed 8:45 tools many times and never have I gotten an answer. My most recent issue with “Server error 500 -There is not enough space on the disk” was emailed to them 5 days ago and 2 more times since then. No response and no fix. Great program when it works but getting it fixed when broke, not so much. I would just appreciate a simple response when an issue comes up. If it cannot be fixed then just tell me so I can look for a more dependable program.
I have just upgraded my phone and am now on Android 11. When trying to do a search in Favourites, I am unable get the keyboard to appear. Seaching for songs in song search works fine. When downloanding the app onthe new phoen there was a warning that it might not work properly with this version of Android. Help !

This may be my tablet but sometimes I cannot scroll through song list. When I touch the screen it opens up right where it is, I cannot drag my finger up or down without opening the song it is sitting on.
