Since update the Hannaford RX is useless. Tried to start a new account as required but unable to on ipad and after much difficulty got it on phone. Since the new rx update we are required to set up a new account. It says: The verification PIN has been be sent via voice call to the phone number on file with the pharmacy. To change the phone number on file, please visit your pharmacy. If you would like to receive the verification PIN via SMS message, please check the Opt-in checkbox below and click the “Send Verification PIN” link.
There is not an option to Opt in or enter in a phone number at all. Please help! I cant update my meds or request refills until its fixed!
Rx app win’t allow me access. I need access to my Rx’s. If the pharmacy knows there is problem it should have been reported to your technical support team which we should have access to i the first place i stead if all this aggravation. I can’t log in. I have correct user name but tried to reset password. It won’t allow it, keeps saying invalid
When I try to log in, I get an error message that due to system upgrades I need to create a new account. But when I go to create an account, I get the error that an account already exists with my email. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issues.
Same exact thing with Me I cannot get my old one back or make new one it says internal data base error everytime. Ever since the Hannaford pharmacy in Biddeford Maine underwent an upgrade, the ap does not work correctly. My husband uploaded the new update for both of us. The site works for him but not for me. For instance, I ordered an Rx, picked my pickup time, and went to the pharmacy three days later to pick up the Rx. I had to wait to have the Rx filled because the pharmacy told me they never received the order.
I picked up an Rx for a med and the Rx list on the ap does not show that refill. It shows the last refill was February of this year. The new ap also does not show that prescriptions are ready for pickup either. I have to call to see if the Rx or Rxes are ready. Why does it work for my husband’s meds and not for mine.
