Hello,
I have a Denon AVR linked to a HEOS system with two wireless speakers.
All worked fine for quite some time.
Now all of a sudden nothing can be heard on the soeakers.
I did t reconnect the speakers several times also unplugged and replugged all power cables but without success.
I can select tuner or a WLAN source or anything else. In the app everything looks normal, the blue leds on the speakers and the HEOS link are blue but no sound.

I have had my Denon HEOS for quite a while now and it has never had any of the problems I have read it has been faultless, however you knew that was coming. For about a year the speaker has started a high pitched whining sound, this is a constant noise but when playing music or the tv is on you can’t really hear it, however when not playing anything through it the noise drives me mad and I have had to resort to pulling the power supply to silence it.
Can you let me know if there is a way of fixing this?
Heos Account Server is Not Available. Willl not stream Tidal.Only appears on Tidal. All other options work on the page.Spotify, Soundcloud, Tune In etc. Reset evrything. Reinstalled app , reset modem. Solutions suggested worked for some, not for others.
HEOS appears to connect to Sirusxm show’s player and play button.Shows playing but does not play station and shows stop button. Hit the stop button goes immediately to the play button.
My Pandora portion of Heos only shows stations through ‘M’ on my iphone interface. When I load Pandora directly on my iPhone I see all stations. Only through HEOS do I get this issue. Please help me see all Pandora stations through HEOS.

I like HEOS a lot but I have one issue. The volume dot/button is so small and it reacts not to good. Is it possible to make the dot/button a bigger button and more sensitive?
I just set up a free account with Tidal. The music service shows up in my HEOS app however I get an error message when I try to play a song. The message says my Tidal account may have expired. The account is valid when using the Tidal app on my iPhone. Why won’t it work through HEOS?
App locks up if opened and phone is not connected to wifi. Only way to resolve is to shut off my phone, no other way to reset the frozen app, even after connecting phone to wifi, still stuck. Needs fixed, poor programming setup not having anyway to restart the app.

HEOS cant find music files locally stored on iPhone ore Ipad. No matter what i search on.
Tried both mp3´s and wav-files. This is annoying since i produce music myself and alway have a listen through the big sound system before release. Tried updating and restart…not solved.
