Huawei health latest version keeps freezing every time i enter the app..it becomes unresponsive for 15-20 seconds and then recover. Also entering different screens takes a few seconds. Is there a fix for that?

Hi,

I changed my watch face last night and the app asked me to download some extra app (I can’t remember what it was, something “core” potentially) in order to buy thr new face, and ever since then my app will not open, it crashes every time I try. I have uninstalled it, shut down my phone, reinstalled it, restarted my phone etc, all the things that would usually help but it won’t get past the first load screen. Please advise.

Huawei health does not work well, I gets hundred times the warning ‘, health keeps stopping”. I did everything, uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, but still same. it’s really annoying

I bought the new huawei watch fit. When I try to connect to my phone I can get to the part where I press on the ‘link’ button. But everytime I press this button, nothing happens and the app crashes. I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times through huawei store and also Google play store. Nothing helps. Also restarted my phone multiple times.

App HUAWEI Health crashes (black screen) in IOS 15 on IPhone 8 and XR. Uninstalling and installing again helps but only for a few hours.
