My Ibispaint X keeps on stating this error whenever I try to import any pictures from my iPhone XR into my art:
“An error occurred. Going back to My Gallery. Detail: Cannot continue editing because of lack of memory. Please reboot your device. Please try reducing the canvas size, merging or deleting layers. OpenGL Error: Out of Memory.”
I have tried rebooting my device multiple times now, I’ve lowered the canvas size (which ruined the quality of the piece I was working on), and merging/deleting layers has solved nothing. None of these options have worked, and I have more than enough storage. Is there any other possible way to fix this problem?

Hi ! My gdaughter has ibisprint X on IOS on an iPhone 11 . She has just received an xp pen deco pro mw. She had wanted to be able to use that pad to connect via blue tooth to the iPhone and says it doesn’t work. I, a non expert, checked and see that she is able to connect her pad to the iPhone via BT, but says she doesn’t see a way to specify that device as input to the ibispaint X running on her phone. I haven;t found anything germane on the web so far — is there a way to do as she wants ? Does she need to upgrade to commercial ibispaint version ? BT version ? IOS version ?

Hello Ibis Paint X! I have experienced an issue that my Ibis app won’t load, when I updated my app to the latest version, and I open it, it just turns into a black screen and just closes off me. I love Ibis and I use it 24/7! I really hope you can solve this issue.
I’m drawing a character concept on purpose. It’s was like 10hours and suddenly stopped. It said I have to restore the damage files. Then I tried to do as it said. I usually don’t use more than 30layers but always get error. And now I can’t restore my 10h artworks:(( I feel soo disappointed and sad. Cuz it was almost my prettiest artwork. I’ve tried over 7times to restore but it stopped after 59%. Now I don’t know what to do. I think all I can do is give up on that. Honestly I can’t stop crying:(( I hope I won’t be art block
I can’t make new artwork because when I try it says there is an error and that it can’t write data to the file or it can’t seek a file and then it brings me back to my gallery. Then it says error a thumbnail image of artwork doesn’t exist would you like to recreate now, and when I press yes or no, nothing happens.

uh so the app almost completely works besides for when I try to draw or touch the canvas. If I do touch the canvas, it will show an error and send me back to my gallery.

Whenever I flip the canvas, all the layers get messed up. They seem to enlarge and get all pixel-y, and I can’t seem to fix it or anything. When I undo, I can see some parts of it undo properly, but for the most part it’s completely messed up. Please fix this !
There is an issue with flipping thr canvas with multiple layers on my Samsung device. This only happens on my tablet however. Please patch.
Whenever I draw on two layers and flip the whole canvas one layer starts randomly glitching and won’t go back to normal. I think it might be because of the new update but I’m not sure. Yh I had the same issue a few minutes back. Very frustrating but I checked and saw ‘restore artwork by playback’ and that fixed it. That’s in the Artwork information option in ‘My Gallery’.

Whenever I go on Ibis Paint X, I would be able to open the app just fine, but when i try creating a new canvas, it would say that an error has occurred and that it’s going back to the gallery. It also says it can’t seek a file but i’m not understanding what’s happening because I can open my older canvases just fine. I don’t exactly know what happened because it was working just fine the day before.

When i drawing in ibispaint X app for a while it’s start frozen and i can’t draw anymore, i try so many way like uninstalll then install, delete trash files, check my device, it still not working, please help.

I can’t make a new canvas or import photos, it keeps saying error 22
I cant make a new canvas I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it still won’t let me make a new one and now all my edits are gone.
This problem has been going on for a while now, every now and then when i flip the canvas it creates this light blue double and it doesnt go away, this also happens when i view the timelapse.
i was drawing, then the app needed me to delete stuff because my phone was full, i was just gonna delete the memory but accidently deleted the data and i had no backup even tho i synced it with cloud

Ibis paint X symmetry ruler screen is sideways & won’t sit straight therefore causing problems drawing as the picture is at 90 degree turn making it very hard to draw. This only started a few days ago. I’ve restarted my phone a few times hoping it would update but sadly hasn’t. Any advice would be gratefully received.
