Hey, my infinite pinter keep crashing when i drawing, well there is always have backup so it not really big problem, please fix this before anything worst happen (my device is Xiaomi pad 6)
Just discovered another issue, if I generate a new layer at the bottom of all my layers it will cause my lineart to become pixelated and choppy when zoomed out. My work around is to generate a new layer at the top of my project then drag it down to its place.
I noticed the app has started crashing after selecting a layer under a folder(group). Selecting layers in a folder(group) lower than another folder(group) would make the layers from the higher folder(group) invisible without even hiding the layer. The app never had any of the described issues until I used folders(groups) to organize my layers in newer projects. Please look into this. Otherwise, I love the app and will continue using the app avoiding the actions that caused the issues I experienced.
Since I updated to MIUI 13 version 13.1.13.0, the infinite painter crashes not 5 seconds after it was used, even just using plain lines. I have no problem using it before, but it keeps crashing since the update. Im using Mi pad 5 tablet.

My infinite painter app keeps crashing every time I want to open a project I am working on, meaning I cannot continue my project. I have restarted my device checked my software and updated everything in play store etc. I have an android and after all those things it still keeps crashing.
A few days ago I was working on a file for several hours with Inf Pntr suddenly crashing. I reopened the file and it must have stopped saving changes a good while ago.
I continued working on the file for another couple of hours yesterday. Infinte Painter kept closing the file a few times randomly but stayed open displaying the projects folder. I would then reopen the file from there and kept on working on it. At some stage the app crashed again. From then on when trying to reopen the file kept crashing immediately after starting the app.
In the temp folder there are 4 files. I copied the most recent to the projects folder, renamed it xyz.pntr and tried to open it – no luck. It does show in the file manager, not, however, from inside the app itself.
The app opens other files but I am absolutely not keen on losing more work.
What could be the cause of this behaviour? Was the file getting too big? too many layers for the app to handle?
if there are ‘benchmark’ sizes for certain amounts of RAM or whatever then there should be notifications/alerts and maybe it would be possible to adjust the workflow.
and any suggestions on how to restore a file from the file folder successfully?

I use Infinite Painter on Xiaoimi Pad 5, and every time I use the app for over 2 to 3h or I have many layers it starts to crash. I followed all the basic measures to avoid crashes, and it still crashes. Is there any other soultion to this problem?

After a latest Android 12 update on Pixel 4a app started to crash.
I reinstalled it and worked fine until I import the project I’ve been working on before Android 12 update.
It crashes every time and the project I imported seems to be an issue.
Also, I don’t get any system warnings about the crash and ways to report them. Painter simply closes itself.

Infinite Painter crashes almost immediately when opened in chromebook – Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 with 8gb memory. This happened only in the last week. Previously the app worked perfectly with no crashes. The chromebook has been powerwashed and IP reinstalled but the problem persists.
I really like the app and want to continue using it – is there any help available for the problem?
