Not updating to new game on iphone
won’t open on my PC. I click on the pinned shortcut or the app in the actual folder, and the screen flashes once and then nothing.
I have the same problem as Elizabeth Enslin. I’ve had to redo everything from the beginning after shutting the game down. I activated the golden ticket and I lost the money. I hope you’ll fix it.

Forget it, not paying for help, if it can’t be fixed by what info I gave you, I will just delete the game and never play a G5 game again. After all the money I’ve paid to play, I’m done. You have till Monday to restore it to the place I was at and if it isn’t done, G5 will never get another cent from me.

In the monsters” cave. level 38 or 39 only 1/4 of the screen appears but three arrows appear in the black background not showing the chests. No matter where I point the curser nothing opens up except when clicking on the scroll in the upper right hand corner Vita shows up and then instructions indicate to click on one of the chests.
