I have encountered a strange problem with the app. I was only a few pieces away from completing a puzzle. When I opened up the app to finish the puzzle, it had reverted back to when none of the puzzle pieces had been connected. I was so close to finishing it and now I have to start over? What causes this? I hope it doesn’t happen again, because it is frustrating to have my hard work and effort get sent back to the very beginning of the process.

A puzzle pack I purchased didn’t download. I already had two of them. For the lower price, it was worth it. But the two I didn’t have never downloaded. Another time, I purchased a single puzzle (along with other purchases). And, one puzzle never downloaded. As many as I purchase, there’s no telling how many others I don’t receive. I TRY to check each one to verify I received all my purchases.
I love this game so much. I won’t admit how much time I spend on the puzzles. But, I hesitate buying anymore puzzles. I want the puzzles I paid for and never received. If anyone has a suggestion, I would appreciate the help. Thanks all.

How to change puzzle pieces in size. Was 120 went to 480…. way too small
pieces are too small now, please return to original size

iPad ios14, the stylus now drags or the jigsaw piece skitters and becomes slow. Sometimes the jigsaw just freezes. I have rebooted the iPad several times but it doesn’t really help. I have changed the stylus several times but then the dragging happens again. Can you help please?
