When I try to move a piece, the whole puzzle expands and doesn’t work. It freezes. This started about two months ago. Worked fine previously. Deleted and reinstalled app.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it still wont work I have also sent of
several emails and have not recieved any reply I have been playing jigsaw epic for over one year with no problems until now, I look forward to hearing from you

My puzzle freezes and once it comes back all progress on the puzzle is lost. This started happening after the Oct. 6th update.

I really loved this app for a year but, beginning this month it began crashing – frequently. Kristanex says not my problem, must be your device. I followed all of the suggestions for preventing crashes on BOTH of my tablets. Tonight in an hour the app had two major crashes in which I lost substantial progress. No more.
