I have created an account on the KLM app . When u tried to log in it said it couldn’t find that email address. Either use a different email address or create an account. When I try to create an account it says the email address is already in use. Can yoj just delete what I’ve done and I start completely over?

Cannot login to KLM through android or ipad app.
Fully agree with Petr as I have the same problem after installing the newest iOS 15.1 on my iPhone and iPad. On top all existing data (flights etc.) have been lost. It concerns both KLM and AirFrance apps. It is impossible to login. Following recommendation of KLM WhatsApp support “to clear cache” doesn’t help at all.
Cannot logon to KLM and Air France app from iOS15.1 and iPadOS 15.1. Same issue is when I try to logon from Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox on same platform.
