Can’t get back into my former game inside the #1286’s State after it giving me an “error 102” throughout the 05/07/2025 day.

In Eden with my alliance to attack a town I only get one attack then freeze everyone gets more attacks but not me why freeze up on me cheating me on points help

Hello. I have having problems and I hope I can get some help.
1, accounts not recieving xs heroes,
Used 310 tokens on Nickill0070 account, luck was reset 4 times but I only recieved 2 heroes.
2, I cannot purchase packages on Nickill0070.1 account
I’m trying to take my base from 1182 to 1176.
I bought the migration ticket tried to migrate my base but couldn’t due to doomsday.finally last week doomsday was over so I tried again but still couldn’t do it because dd had started in 1182. Basically as dd has ended in 1176 at has started in 1182,there is no gap or window to migrate .I’m getting really frustrated,I’ve tried to contact you and I’m still waiting for a reply four days later.
I even joined the forum but im not getting the confirmation email I’ve tried numerous times .

Since the latest update the game now doesn’t load/start up… is just a black screen then shuts down.. I’ve tried everything from re-installing to clearing the history data from my settings and rebooting my phone! Nothing is working.
I use an iPhone 11 and have multiple accounts. Whenever I got into Hero’s Hall / Recruitment (from any account), I get a “Loading Resources” dialog box showing 1/2 0% and it won’t load. The same error occurs when I tried to make parts in the part factory.
This is a great game but my hero days was completely wasted because of this! 🙁 I hope this issue can be resolved quickly.

Yesterday there was a Maintenance in LSS at about 4pm philippine time. The game closes just like the usual. After 30 minutes, I checked and the game is still not loading or I cant login. After Every 30 minutes, I kept checking until 9pm philippine time and still I cant login or I cant enter the game and it keeps giving me the “Network Error” Timed Out: E002. I slept and shrugged it off thinking the next day it will be ok. But the next day its still the same. The game reset (3/24/2022) and still I cant login coz of this error. Pls help.
