I have samsung note 10 plus and my hidden side is not scanning the hiddenside light house or bus.
Lego Hidden Side app won’t scan. Running version 9 android and the app is compatible with 7 and above, so it doesn’t seem like a software problem. Camera is enabled in permissions, but the camera doesn’t turn on in the app when it’s time to scan. Nothing at all happens while trying to scan the set — just the outline on a black background. Camera also does not turn on for minifig scan, but there the app says “scan failed.” No other issues with the app — it loads, the games work fine. Just can’t get the camera turned on to scan. Any ideas? I don’t see other people having this issue online. My son is 5 and really wants to figure it out. Thanks!
Hello, I installed lego hidden side version 3.4.0 on my 6th generation iPad, with iOs 15.1. It was working OK for a while. Then all out of a sudden, whenever I try to play with ‘multiplayer’ or private match, a window pops out says, need internet. But my iPad is connected to the internet. I can google search using safari.
I tried restarting iPad, switching back & forth between airplane mode, none worked. I also tried unstalling and reinstalling lego hidden side. It worked for a very short while, like 5 minutes, then it stops working, with the same error message. It is so frustrating.
May I have some help in fixing it? I cannot get my 9-year old son to eat without lego hidden side. Thank you
