Drains battery
It appears this app drains the battery in many devices. Overdrive should never have changed to this app. I cannot understand why this problem has not been corrected as it is very clear that the problem is in the app and not in everyone’s device. Please get your developers to FIX it
In the last 10 days, I have used the Libby App for 9.5 hours on my iPad. The Libby App used 62% of the battery life in those 10 days. The radio app ran for 61 hours and used 16% of the battery life.
Additionally, when I used Libby, the device gets hot to the touch.
Overdrive never approached this data, nor ever got a device hot to the touch.

When using Libby with my Nook (Samsung) I can’t lock screen orientation.
