I had to un-install Mapmywalk but when I try and re-install from the App store it says this app won’t work with your device.
Why can I log into my Map my walk account on both my Windows laptop and Android tablet without a problem, using my account details. Yet when I try to log in on my OPPO Android phone it tells me either e mail or password are incorrect. They are not!

Text to speech no longer works. I had been notified by voice when the workout started, when each mile was completed, & when I ended the workout. This no longer happens.
I have downloaded the Map My Walk app to my Samsung S20 Android Phone and after installing and registering, it fails at the login stage, when a box pops up suggesting “request failed an unknown error had occurred”. Furthermore, the system recognises that I have an Under Armour account registered to the email address I’m using (alleeder007@gmail.com) but after clicking the “Forgot my password” and then filling out the ‘password reset’ email I received, it simply goes back to the same login problem.
I’ve tried uninstalling, re-installing and then switching the phone off completely after another uninstall before trying again but alas, exactly the same result _ I cannot login 🙁
