This only started after I subscribed to the “pro” version. Maybe I should go back to using the free version only? Or find another app altogether. The app is almost useless to me if it never knows where I am.

After updated to the latest version Ver 14.5.0 early May 2023, I gained the new feature of recording Mt hiking track. Yet, the search function button does not work – well, I mean it only accepts the first letter of the search word. The following letters never show up at all while the time funnel keeps on turning. The search function now longer works.
The new track recording feature must not be disturbed. Once the iPhone goes to sleep mode, this recording function is interrupted and stopped.
Maps work haphazard when going near a junction. Useless now. Can’t follow at all. iPhone 8 has worked ok in the past. Now in Italy no darned good

Each time I ride my motorbike while following the itinerary on maps.me, the debug window constantly pops up, covering the whole screen. This has been happening since the last update; before that, everything was fine. It seems that the window pops up because the phone gets shaken by the motorbike’s vibration.
I tried holding the phone in my hand while riding, and the problem didn’t occur. So, I guess it is related to the phone vibrating while traveling on bumpy roads or due to the bike’s vibrations.
As it stands, it’s impossible to use the offline maps while traveling.

offline turkey maps do not completely download. the file downloads completely but i no longer get a green checkmark icon. instead it hangs up upon completing and gives a red error icon.

To all having the problem with Location ON. Turn off the Cellular data for MAPS.ME and Turn on the Location for it. I hope it fixes your problem!

Hi, my maps.me app doesn’t give me public transport solutions anymore. It used to be great, but now it doesn’t work and I really need it!
On iPhone, Maps.me uae, open the app in Dubai, map zooms into your position however when you try to zoom out to view another area the screen only has your small area in view, the rest of the uae/ worl disappears, you only see blank areas around your small area. Have tried to tell support but no reply. Interestingly I have not updated my iPad and use a previous version and I have no problems at all, it works fine. The newest version is the problem
