MS Authenicator App will not work with my new iPhone 14. The app says my email is not recognized and I must authenticate it through the app – which is crazy. It just takes me in circles! When I try to log in to Teams – it says I have to authenticate it through the app… which starts the circles!
I keep trying to login to my email on my mobile device, but unfortunately I am required to use the Microsoft Authenticator app to do so. When I try to sign in, I’m sent to the app “Comp Portal” which outlines the steps I need to take before I can login to my email. The first is easy to complete and takes seconds.
