After restarting phone and deleting and readding app it finally opens but then crashes after 15 seconds

Hi,App crashes on iPhone and iPsd when trying to watch game recaps. Both devices have the latest ios-update as have the apps.
Internet connection can‘t be the problem.
Two side notes: European User (Austria) AND there are ads in the app now, which is really annoying for a paying subscriber and since there is,problem occurs.
Also reinstalled app on iPad, obviously didn‘t help.

App keeps pausing. Yesterdays game on Friday was the worst. Totally unwatchable even the day after game play. Year after year at bat says improvements maybe higher resoluting, I don’t care about definition just so it will work with an android and chromecast.

I’ve tried everything and unless I watch the game live right from the beginning the app on my TV crashes. What am I paying for!? I’m just wasting my money. Unless I get a discount going forward I will never purchase or recommend again.
Been a loyal subscriber many times. No more! This issue has only been a problem this year.

MLB APP crashes/ shuts down every 10 minutes or so on iPad Pro. Also happened with my previous iPad. I have updated and reinstalled with no effect.
