MTA e tix — every time I tried to pay on June 25, 2023 it would not go through with an error. On credit card shows as payment (+), then cancelled (-). Never had a problem before. It say information not correct or matched. Problem is at final confirmation, since all info was correct enough to put payment on card and then cancel it! Have used eTix many times before, but have not for a couple of months. Wondering if there was a bad MTA eTix app update. I am on Android v11.
my trains passes are not showing, I bought a 10 pass off peak on Dec. 9th and I had 7 passes left. I had to reset the password and when I did all my tickets disappeared. My account ID is WC5TNWMVMAV
I activated a city ticket prior to boarding, but when it was time to display it, it did not show up under my tickets. It did show up in my ticket history (ticket id: WTTCSF2A7ZL). I never got to actually used it and had to buy a new ticket (ID: WTTAGL6AXZZ) while I was on the train. This appears to be a bug, but I am not sure how it occured. I would like my ticket refunded though
ETix does not let me accept and pay
App no longer has my credit card info and I can’t sAve new credit card info. Can’t purchase tickets thru app all of a sudden. I have logged on and off and reinstalled app but it’s no longer working
