I just updated the app and now every time try to start the game on my mobile phone. I always get a notification saying

After that I can’t click okay I can’t do anything but close out the app. This is one of my favorite games to play, I hope i can get help to get it back running again.

In forgotten memento in the garage hidden game, I can not select any of the items. I tried hint and it shows an item to select and I can not select it to move forward.
I was looking for collectables in Forgotten Memento and went back to the hospital room after I completed the Morse code, and it took me back to the cutscenes of Anna running after the killer and crashed the game, now every time I try to play the chapter it keeps giving me a game error due to loading issues.

In Chapter 1 the first time you search the kitchen pantry you are given the number 3 to find. This is achieved by placing the 1g and 2g weights onto the scales on the top shelf, then you click the number 3 which is displayed as the weight by the scales. However. If you add the 5g weight to the scales as well, the weight is displayed as 8, not 3, but it is not then possible to remove the 5g weight, thus making the final item of the search impossible to achieve…

The game is bug in The Only Redemption in the scene inside of Adriano’s Shack. When Luigi and Anna found out that Cloe didn’t catch a train. In the mini-game, the center drawer and the suitcase is stuck, I can’t open it. Now I can’t finish the mini-game.
The program hangs in The Only Redemption first scene in the office. After calling the taxi there is no way to go the next scene. Also starting over is not possible. The only thing one can do is using the typewriter.
