My boost one app keeps crashing and I have did everything possible I have deleted it then reinstalled it and there’s no update for it and powered my phone off an it’s still doing it

Boosts App keeps on crashing and not loading, I’ve taken every step required, clearing cahes a data, as well and u installing and reinstalling the app, its still not working when I tap on it, it either won’t load or it will crash straight away.
