Cannot log in it says : an error occured please try again later
I get refund from a shop, however when i put my phone to the card machine then the lunch card appear first so the refund money goes to the lunch card Edenred but not my private card. However, i cant see that amount in my balance of lunch card. Please help! Thank you.

App asks to download chrome or edge in order to login, although i am trying to use the android app.
Not working
Lost my phone and have issues login into my MyEdenred account via Google Chrome. The email that seems to have an account does not contain any card and when I try to add mine it says the card already belongs to another user. I tried with other email addresses of mine, but no account can be found. Is there a way to get inside with the card number and/or other details? Or could you tell me the correct email address so I can recover the password?
