What to do if myGMC crashes?

  1. A last thought…… Both the mygmc and myCadillac app works fine until sometime near November 2024. Somewhere thru there the app updated and it was Never right after that. For a while I was able to usually Uninstall the app and install the previous version and it would work until it updated again. But it wasn’t long before when I attempted to install the older version that I would get a notice during that app boot that I would have to update to the newer version. 🤬🤬🤬

  2. I’ve started having Mygmc & MyCadillac app issues since November 2024. Started getting this error message when trying to signin; “Service Unavailable Please try again later. If this issue persists, please contact an Advisor for assistance” Contacting an advisor has been a waste of time. I also posted on the forum several times with NO solution. But I see there’s many many other GM customers have been having the SAME exact iss

I have uninstalled, installed, cleared cache, cleared app storage, tried older versions of the app including the myCadillac app. I’m sick of paying for NOT having remote start and being able to send map directions to my phone ect. Before this started my 2017 Acadia Denali stopped updating the vehicle status in the app.

Same deal no one had answers that would solve it.

So I can NO longer start either vehicle from my phone or see a current vehicle status, fuel level amongst other things.🤬🤬
