I have tried to get Hyundai to help me multiple times but they keep giving me the runaround. Couldn’t even get someone to help me at the local dealership. I bought a new cell phone and the car will not give me the option of pairing it. In fact, my old phone is not showing up and the option of pairing is grayed out. I took a picture of the screen and uploaded it to Hyundai. Their response was that I should call their Blue Link number, even though I had already pointed to them that calling only resulted in my being switched from phone line to phone line and no help received. I was first getting a message in the car that I wasn’t registered but going online to MyHyundai and trying to register only resulted in a message that my email was already registered. Then the car message was I was registered but not activated. Not activated? They were hitting my checking account for $24.75 a month for the past year, after 7 years of paying $200 a year every January. I think my only option is to trade-in the car and I for sure won’t be buying another Hyundai. Absolute worse customer service that we have ever experienced in the 50 years of buying vehicles in our marriage.

When I try to start my Hyundai I get and ssl error and I must power off iPhone and then back on for it to work, it worked with no problems last winter to warm up car.

This started with me today too.
I try to open the app on my phone to start my car. The blue screen comes up with the Hyundai emblem and then just closes. It does not let me login to start my car, lock it or anything.
My bluelink needs a reboot after a server fault but I’m 1000miles away in another country. When I fly back do I need to charge the car and have to stay overnight in a hotel.
Why not add a heartbeat that automatically reboots if comes are lost or any other problem occurs?
