After taking a check phone , crash
I’m having trouble whenever I want to take a picture of the check to finalize the rollover. I was told to try using a different device although my phone is newer and is up to date
Im having the same exact problem as Avi Vash. This software bug in your app still hasn’t been fixed. this is very disappointing and frustrating. now I’m forced to mail in the physical rollover check. Steps to reproduce the bug are: log into Net benefits Android app, press the Complete your rollover “Yes” button, confirm the amount, press “I understand”, manually re-enter the check amount and press continue, press continue again, take a photo of the front of the check, then the app stutters and logs out putting the user back at the log in screen where all they can do is repeat the previous steps. this loop is very frustrating and the suggested troubleshooting steps have not helped fix the bug. Please get your software engineering team to fix this.
I tried to use the NetBenefits app to auto-capture my Rollover amount check. And it took the front and back but then kept looping in retake the back picture and then crashed to Restart on its own. It’s very frustrating. I installed the app from Play Store – uninstalled and re-installed on the phone and even restarted my Andriod version 7.0.
