Newsmax+ worked fine until last year. Now it repeatedly crashes, sometimes 10 times within an hour. If this continues, I will be forced to cancel payments I am making to an app I can’t use. I own a Fire TV.

I’m having the same issue on my LG TV. They need to fix it or give me a refund for my year subscription. This is so frustrating.
I’ve had to sign in again for the umpteenth time, and now newmax is completely off air. Why can’t you get this fixed. Fox news has no problems when it comes to this issue
Why is it that now that viewers have to pay for the Newsmax broadcast, it’s crashing constantly? It’s so annoying!!! I’m regretting having paid for the service for an entire year in advance. I believe they are going to lose a lot of customers over this. I’m going to give it some time to get it fixed, if they don’t, I’ll just have to find another news source.

Unable to watch Newsmax today because it keeps crashing. This happens way too much. I watch on a TCL Roku TV which I restarted as well as remove and reload the Newsmax app. The commercial times are so long it’s just not worth it anymore.

I live in Sneads Ferry, NC. I have had freeze-ups and blackouts on Newsmax consistently for the past two weeks. I love watching Newsmax, but the frustration of the blackouts is almost making me go to another news station. I use firestick, is that the problem?

Hello support, I’ve tested NewsMax on various browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Firefox), and after about 5 mins, all of them on various dates, cause my Win10Pro computer to reboot. My computer has all of it’s updates and please note that I have tried using NewsMax on different computers, running different browsers and ALL of them, without exception cause the computer to reboot.
