Hello, I am trying to use the next bike app but I do not receive a text with my pin in it. Tried it multiple times, sometimes it says I have an account but I still can it enter with forgot pin because then you also need to be able to receive a text!

Comes up saying complete account set up when all fields are correct, I press finish set up but the complete account button remains.
