July 2023 update of NRC multiple issues with crashing, reporting faster times by over a minute for known distances, regular 1K M audio reminders not playing, instead buffered/lumped together if you stop and check NRC app or finish run. Definitely multiple problems with release.

The registration problem ‘ugyldig parameter’ (invalid parameter) that I just reported is also reported by other users from Norway and is probably due to the fact that our phones report birthday in the form day/month/year, not month/day/year.
If this problem is based on a format error, like DDMMYYYY (Norwegian style) and not just the english style YYYYMMDD or MMDDYYYY, it must be a silly oblivion by Nike. No fix, no members.

My Nike+ Run club app keeps failing on my iwatch. I start a run but can’t cancel it.
Even after i shut down the app, it keeps returning and is active in the background.
I reinstalled the app. Same issue.
This is tremendously annoying as I cannot use my watch or the app.
How is the corrected?
It crashes when I start a run and then wont let me stop the run. The run is going in the background. When I press start it does nothing. When I force close the app it starts up and I can see the run is still being tracked but then quickly goes back to the start screen. It’s a total mess.

I have recently installed NRC on my Samsung Galaxy S7. I click on Log In and it takes me to the sign on page. I put in my email (jan.now.runs@gmail.com), hit Next and get the following error: “We have encountered a problem. Please try again later. Reference Error: 18.33051702.1654003111.156706c9”. I have rebooted the phone, cleared the application cache, reinstalled the app and checked that the OS is up to date. The account works fine on the website and on my husband’s phone (Galaxy S10). Can you suggest any other actions I need to take or does the app not work with Android 8.0?

The application when I try to register gives me invalid parameters
I can’t seem to “end” many of my runs. When I hit the “end run” button, it just hangs, spinning indefinitely. I have to either hit back and loose my run, or reboot the app… and loose my run.
The problems seem to be getting worse – over the last month the app has randomly stopped tracking parts of my run or all of the run, it wont load my previous runs and now i can’t even do a guided run, I’m stuck on a loading error. I’ve reset my phone and reinstalled the app. I can’t imagine running without it – just hope it gets fixed or i find a way to make it work

The same has happened to me as well. It shows as logged in, but then the user profile is empty. And I cannot log out. Fully stuck and the app just won’t work.

My app is off up to as much as 1.20 miles in a 6.00 mile run, my minutes per mile time is off, I can not share my runs-it freezes up. I have tried many different things and nothing has corrected the problem

I just got a new apple watch 7. At home, I will download a workout and then when I’m ready to start it (which is away from my house) the workout will give a “load error”. I used to do this all the time on my Apple Watch 3, so it surprised me that I’m having a problem with the newer model. I’ve tried to to completely exit out of the app and I’ve restarted my watch, but unless I am connected to wifi at home, I can’t run any downloaded workouts. Is there anything else I can try?

Too many crashes. Can’t find guided runs listed in half-marathon plan, for example Runner Up. Spotify from the app fights with Spotify on my phone and changes playlist half way through the run. App crashes and stops half way through a run, does not save runs. Unistalling, re-installing, giving this a last try. SOOO disappointing! I had based my entire running experience on this app.

My running record are not be able to be saved by NRC. I have to uninstall the NRC and then I reinstalled yet to solve this problem.
