The otc app does not give me a submit button after I put ID and password on lines
I am no longer able to connect my and my wife’s two cards on the OTC app since the update. This has made very difficult as it also does not leave me logged in, Every single time I open the app I have to log back in! ALSO the biggest issue is that my barcode scanner does NOT work at all. The camera comes up but does nothing when it comes to scanning. We have tried many different ways to try and get it working, and have failed. This new app is completely different and since quite a few seniors use this app I am discouraged to see everything change so much. Please go back to being able to add a second card and please go back to the old way the camera was, it’s not as easy to go back and forth to check two different cards and if my granddaughter isn’t with me to help me with it, it makes it even more difficult and it’s impossible to know what I can and can’t get if my scanner on the app does not work!!! Please!!
