Only one song has no lyrics sheet. The others show up, but no sound when I tap on the sound to start. The only song that plays is in mp3 format. The flac formats will not play. In the past week, I converted all my lyrics sheets from .docx, and .odt to text files and uploaded them on Google Drive. Then I uploaded them to Onsong. Not just the songs I wish to play at present, but every song into my library, which is over 100 songs. One of my problems, in the past was to upload scanner documents, which didn’t turn out right, so I am wanting to delete them. I feel however, deleting the text file is deleting the song as well from the library.
Could this be the problem as to why the songs are not playing. Two different Google Drive accounts? I now have my account set differently what was in the past loaded. This account is a gmail email account, and not one from my local IP supporter in the area. How do I change my account over to this Google account, when all my songs in the past were on the account of mshepherd@nctc.net?
Hi, The annotations are overwritten when I beam my setlist. I have tried changing the settings in the share tab and in the beam settings, on my Ipad and the slave, but it keeps overwriting the sticky notes.

My annotations often don’t work or don’t save. My sticky notes regularly disappear randomly in the middle of playing a set so I have to reload the app whilst playing which is quite stressful! Please could it be looked at?

When I make a change to a lyric or chord inside a song and close, OnSong takes me to the beginning of the set rather than that song.
Also, I have the original non-subscription onsong, am I able to still do updates? If so, how and where?

when I import a song as a test file using dropbox as I always do, it can’t be found. I try doing it again and I get a message saying the file already exists. Where did it go?
I have OnSong 2020 (previous to subscription, I paid full price for it). I have drawings on a specific song, and after saving (check Mark), swiping to another song causes the drawings from this song to move to a different song! How do I copy those drawings and put them back on the correct song?

Tempo / Metronome issue. When swiping through a setlist with the metronome ON, I had two instances when the incorrect tempo was given. This happened during live sessions where the band used the tempo via inear monitors. The correct tempo is given when swiping forward and back to your song. Is this a bug? Anyone else with this problem?
Playing wrong linked track. It never happened before
Beatbuddy – when setting up using Beatbuddy per the video supplied on the OnSong site – when pressing the start and/or the stop functions on the Beatbuddy I get sysex messages as well as the start and stop. The video from the Onsong site does not show any sysex messages. I am trying to set OnSong up to start the BeatBuddy and to scroll the words of the song. After I start the song the Beatbuddy starts and then runs for about 30 sec and then stops playing the drum part. The scroll keeps going but there is no sound from the beat buddy it is like it is getting a stop message for the Beatbuddy but not the autoscroll
OnSong Annotations Drawing selection stops opening (or displaying) the drawing menu. I cannot draw further. Upon reboot, the Drawing menu displays normally and works until I inadvertently move to the previous page. The drawing menu disappears and further drawing annotations are not possible without another reboot. All unsaved annotations are lost. I can easily reproduce the problem. I cannot seem to stop accidentally changing pages to a different song — being left handed, i tend to rest my hand on the edge of the ipad Pro. I am using an Apple pencil. Any advice?
Make sure you enable Apple Pencil Integration. Go to drawing -> drawing layers -> swipe Apple Pencil intergration to “on”
