My player GR on my iPod won’t launch .. once you click the icon it opens black screen and then after a few seconds it kicks you back into the main screen

The app refuses to allow me to download music audio or music videos (saying that the video is broken) but when I’m watching videos from YouTubers (say a makeup tutorial), it lets me download them perfectly fine. It doesn’t allow me to come in with wifi (I turn my wifi off and then go into the app). This is an issue regardless of what wifi network I’m using (I’ve tried public, home, work, and data) and regardless of which device I’m using (happens for iPhone 11 and iPod 6)
this is the exact same thing that is happening with mine! maybe it’s just a bug in the app but it’s been happening for over a week and it’s definitely getting frustrating now.

I have an issue where Player GR, after a while of usage, randomly kicks me out and im unable to use the app again. Whenever i click on it, a black screen pops up and then it crashes. I tried restarting my phone and checked for updates, once i even waited for ~24+ hours to see if it will load back, but it just doesnt. Is there anything i can do without needing to resort to deleting the app?

Player GR’s search function no longer works. Whatever song you search nothing coming up other than the message ” No Results”
The solution to that problem is actually easy, when that happens, go on your regular playlists off to the right. Scroll down and click on the “Top 100 songs” playlist beneath your own. Pick a random song and try playing it, once it loads, your search-bar should work again like normal
