I have in a Tauros Combat queue for the last 4 days … got in at 9400 and worked my way through. At 4:22 am this morning (12/07/25) I got a friend request from Jhonvaca for a Tauros Combat raid that took me to a Tauros Blaze raid. I am not sure what happened, if the raid boss misidentified their raid or there is a glitch with Pokemon apps, but 6-8 player spent a lot of time and effort setting alarms all night so we didn’t miss the opportunity to get a rare pokemon and were cheated 🙁

ivision is not working anymore after upgrading my oneplus nord 2T from android 13 to android 14. Have reinstalled and checked permissions. I can manually scan but no automatic scan. Which is something I paid for.

I started a raid and finished when it came to catching the Pokemon it crashed and I couldn’t get it back and lost the remote raid pass too.
When I start the overlay and I-Vision I see the orange dot and the stats show up on every app and the phone EXCEPT pokemongo. When I have the pokemon go app open it all just disappears. HELP!
I opened a raid for Tapu Fini with 400 people before me. When there was just 7 left he didn’t get lower. The app still worked, but it didn’t count down anymore. Eventually it said it will close the lobby in about 300 seconds or so.

I was in the queue today waiting patiently since like 10 this morning. I just got a notice saying the boss I was in queue for no longer exists? I’ve been in queue for about 7 hours, I figured it was because of the 1st day raids? This was my 3rd attempt at catching Latios. I won the other 2 raids but didn’t catch it. Always on top overlay is not functional. This only happens in pokemon, other apps the icon to open menu is there.The “orange ball” is not there in pokemon, I have to open app manually to use the app. I have unselected allow on top, and re selected in settings to try to get the function back. S7plus

I hosted a raid, but the raid is never put in the queue and I can’t close the raid as I just get stuck on a loading screen when I try to do so. Nothing works to interact with the status of the raid, all I can do is change weather.
I tried to organize a Mega-Alakazam raid; eventually got a full raid party but people kept timing out, and I wasn’t able to get everyone’s friend invites by the time it filled out and everyone said “Ready”. In the raid screen I only had 4 out of the 5 people there.
On my end I tried exiting and restarting the raid several times to try and ensure I got all invites; unfortunately 1 was missing no matter how often I looked. I imagine my antics caused the other players on giving up trying to connect with me, and ultimately they ignored my invites and we ended up not doing the raid.
I’m concerned for the one person who wasn’t able to connect to me, and in that respect I would like to contest any marks against my PokeGenie hosting reputation if I can, but I understand if how I handled the situation was the wrong choice and will accept the consequences if that’s what I get for my actions.

I cant do raid bosses it said request failed unable to authenticate so i decide to reset network, reinstalling, etc. After that i log out to log in again then this time it also say request failed
Hi, ivison doesn’t work any longer!!! I have the paid version. I have tried everything. Ivision starts and working in the background. In Pokémon go app it won’t work.
When I click to overlay, it does not open Pokemon go. It asks which App to display over, and does not even have PokemonGo as an option.
Every time I join a raid …and send fried request and come back to acknowledge friend request… it stats invalid host id/or thier friendship invites are to many …and says to report host! Another problem is that if I don’t then it times out and that’s a mark against me… I have installed latest update still no change
If you got an android devise and game booster is activated. Close it. Then the app works!

Your queues are embarrassingly slow. Get enough servers to handle the job or get out of the game. Great idea but HORRIBLE execution.

Hello, great app and a great service! Can you do something to separate different classes of user? In other words, your customers that have done over 100 raids should not be stacked in with newbs who screw up, bail out, or don’t know what they’re doing.
Why does go stadium shows different ranks than poke genie?
I have another pvp rank system source that tends to agree in most cases with go stadium rank.
Leaving me to question if genie is reliable.

Poke genie overlay closes by itself after seconds everytime I open it while using pokemon go. Even after reinstalling and rebooting phone the issue persists. It was working fine until a few days ago.

On last update just recently which happened a few days ago I now can’t get it to work on PokemonGo at all.. it’s start as normal I start over lay and then press start as usual but then the orange spot just varnishes off the screen completely and not sure why.. it was sort of working the other day as I was using it for my iv on my pokemon so I can delete the lower ones and find the best battles one too.. I’ve never had this happen at all and I have the newest phone Samsung galaxy s20fe so been everywhere to check and nothing is blocking it..

When I’m hosting a raid and somebody reports Ready but hasn’t sent a friend request, how can I tap them on the shoulder, figuratively speaking, to let them know? And what about somebody who sent their friend request but forgot to set Ready? Those time out, leaving their request in-queue, but let another user take that slot and send their own request… Having too many or too few friend requests for a raid happens too often.
Overlay doesn’t load on my Samsung Galaxy s20 FE5G. It USED to work, however it stopped working today. The app loads just fine, however when I try to start the overlay it says it’s loading, but the button never shows up in Pokémon Go.

Everytime I start pokegenies overlay it takes me to Pokemon go but whenever it says ok and I get into the game the overlay stops like I disable it or sumthen
On average 7 of 10 raid requests do not happen. In some situations, the raid is full which is understandable. However, the 7 of 10 failures is that raid hosts do not sent the invite. All seemed well until about two months ago. I suspect that people use this method to up their friend lists and reap the benefits of XP for adding friends and have no intent of actually doing inviting others. It does not appear PG has a way to monitor and imposed penalty on fraudulent activities. Hmm. In many of my situations, i wait for over an hour to access a raid only to have this happen to me. I like your app, but this is a liability.
