12 digit number where is it?
Using the app it states my transaction number has expired and I need to contact my contractual partner to start a new transaction. How and who do i contact to do this?
Where do I find I find I find the 12 – digit transaction number to register for Postident. It is not on my paperwork. I didn’t receive it. How do I get it. Thank you in advance.
As requested by postident to hold camera over the QR codeit scans code but does not registered (This QR code has to be opeed i the brouser—Continue in Brouser) but this does not happen.

Q code does not scan, other Q codes in shops etc. scan OK.

Webcam image inverted. Some applications, such as Zoom, allow me to mirror the display. Is this possible with PostIdent?
