Hello. When using the Q-Interactive app, I get a pop-up informing me there is an update available to *CMS and *Stims for CMS and if I want to download or not. The app will crash on either option, in the middle of the download if “Yes” was chosen or shortly after I hit “No”. It will also crash if I just leave the popup open and not hit anything. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is an ongoing problem that is causing significant challenges in my private practice. It is now Sept 23 and it is still happening. They assured me that they are working on it.
Oct 2022 and I’m having this same problem. 🙁 I have now uninstalled the app and reinstalling it! Thank goodness all my data was synced. If not, I’m not sure what I would have done.
