i got a q7 for christmas and it will not charge. it only flashes when charged
It’s on charge and just a flash of “Q7” shows then it’s off again. Can’t get it to turn on, connect to my phone, or anything else except a flash and a short vibrate with the flash.

I bought three of these.. none worked. The charging on two pf the watches werent working. Watches kept crashing Couldnt get them to charge or do anything. I bought two at jcpennnys online for Christmas presents for my fiancé and self. His never worked from the first day, and mine worked periodically. I loved it, I’ve tried everything to get it to cut on and neither one has in months.
My watch only works for calling. It says connecting to blue tooth but never connects. It shows my as a device on my phone also my phone shows on the watch but it never connects.
