The game is not allowing me to earn any standard jump feed. I always have to purchase it to train my horses. I continually do cross country and steeplechase and do only the standard events for them and I still don’t earn it even after 10+ attempts. Why is the game not allowing me to earn those? I will earn every thing else. Also, why can’t you purchase standard jump feed in the market place? I refreshed that so many times and see that you can’t buy it with silver or gold? This is a serious game flaw and takes away enjoyment of the game. Lastly, why can’t you use silver to purchase gold? You have earn gold for free, but most of those options aren’t free. You have to pay for something. It’s very deceptive. The game would be much better off if you could convert silver to gold. I started off really enjoying the game play, but a lot of the enjoyment has dwindled. The game doesn’t work for the users. Someone should work to correct these serious design flaws. I know based on Facebook and other internet feeds that I’m not the only customer experiencing this issue. You need to resolve it or people won’t continue play. I’m considering ending my play and leaving a bad review because of the poor in game designs.

Hi, i’ve gotten to prestige level 9 and it says i have to train a horse to level 21 speed, sprint energy and acceleration. But i can’t upgrade any of them to do so until I complete other goals…. i’ve already completed all other goals. This is an expensive game and i’ve spent a lot of time on it, would appreciate if you guys could fix this as a lot of other people in the community are having the same problems.
For a chapter goal I need to win 5 good grain items. I won 4 already, but the last one will not update (it keeps saying I have 1 to go, although I won 2 good grain items since).
When opening the game, it won’t let me do anything until I complete a quest. There are times when I can not complete the request or I need to do somthing first before completing the quest but it is not letting me. I am stuck on a quest and it won’t let Me select a horse to do a free roam so I’m stuck on the screen unable to action anything.

I have been raising a foal in the game by feeding it regularly for a few days. A few hours ago the game said ‘feed within 13 hours to keep the current bonus’ and ‘race ready in 7 hours’. i realised that when I collected the foal in 7 hours the current bonus (which was the maximum of 12) would still apply because it would only reduce to 10 bonus points 6 hours after the foal was ready. I have just checked on the foal and it told me that my bonus points were 0 and I should “feed more regularly next time”. I found this quite frustrating as i had planned this very carefully and done everything right, and of course wasted my time and resources (including a lot of gold I had been saving for a long time). I restarted the game in the hope that this would fix the issue and it has now decided to give me 10 bonus points but that still doesn’t make sense because of the reasons stated above. Does anyone else have this problem because it is new to me. ;(

I have exactly the same problem, I switched phones from Xiaomi to android Redmi and now the graphics are all messed up, I lost all my horses with spots which were extremely painful to get. Everything is just a pixelated mess, and my horses look just terrible. No help gotten from support.
