Either the app, the drive, or both do not appear to work . The app says it has copied like 25GB of files, but only a very few (literally) show up on my PC. I am using an IPhone 13 Pro Max (v16.3) and Windows 10 computer. It constantly asks for permission to conect to the IPhone, claims it is backing up files and then the app disapears/crashes and nothing happens.
I can not download files on the drive as it says the storage is full, but when i view the files on the drive it is empty.

My USB3 / Lightning drive worked when I first started using it. Not Neither my iphone 12 or Ipad 9th gen will read the disk.Both machines ask me to inset the disk when it is alredy connected. The USB 3 works fine on my Mac mini (M1 chip) I did reformat the disk simply to rename it but can´t imagine that would be a problem.

I was setting up my iExpand flash drive and hit the Security toggle only to find out that once it’s turned on, you’ll never get it to turn back off. I’m sure they did this on purpose so they could sell you their other app.
It doesn’t say anything about this in the manual and help / chat is completely useless.

Will they be on there if I just remove iXpand? Do I need to press cancel before removal & will that cause all the copied pics to be removed from iXpand?

I see almost empty drive when I insert via USB to laptop but when I plug in to iphone 6S to do backup I got msg “ixpand drive full operation couldn’t be completed” Q how do I repair this drive?
I just tried to use a brand new sealed iXpand Flash Drive Flip 256Gb on my iphone X 14.7.1 and I don’t see any photos to select. I can see my folders but when i select any folder it doesn’t show anything to select, just a blank screen. If this doesn’t do what i need I will have to return to the vendor.

Only the audio portions of videos are loading. I am using an IPhone 12 with the latest software and a brand new ixpand drive.
