App crashing
I have downloaded the Santander app on my iPhone 13 pro max and each time I try to open it , it crashes. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it , all to no avail. I have an HSBC app and a Halifax app and they both work perfectly. I can access my Santander using Safari, so what use is this app? Convenience? Not if it continually crashes.
Everytime i use the app it feezes my phone completely which is very annoying as i then have ti restart my phone. I wouldnt mind if it was on odd occasions but this is every time im on it
Every single time I try to send money through my online banking app, my phone freezes and crashes and have no choice but to restart my phone. All my other apps work, including other banking apps. Have sent my phone to Samsung for repair and they have returned it with no fault in the phone found. The problem lies with the Santander Banking App.

For the 3rd month in a row I have 10 cheques returned. Plus I can’t use either the banking app or login to my online account via my laptop. Also you have stopped sending me paper statements.

The santander app on my android phone completely crashes my phone to a point where I have to hard restart my phone. Keeps freezing when entering pin
I downloaded Santander UK Mobile Banking app and gave permission for my camera to work when using the app. When I went to take a picture of my Check for Deposit, the Front Camera was Black Screen and I have not been able to fix it with any online Iphone 12 “Camera Black Screen” Fix suggestions including restarting my phone. My Iphone 12 is updated with iOS 14. Has anyone else experience this? Is there a bug in the software that may have caused this?-8-30-21
Is the banking app down
Every time I click onto the app it crashes. I’ve re started my phone and re installed the app
App crashes on launch since latest Samsung Update on Android 10 One Ui 2.5. On my galaxy note 9 after the march patch update its not working. Tried reinstalling app and yet not working.
