I bought the SeTracker2 in September 2022, its been few months now. on 11th April 2023, it started an issue whereby the SOS calling can be made from the watch. GPS position is always wrong
My watch is always offline even when I try to connect it to the wifi. When I try to turn off the “do not disturb” function, or the remote shutdown / remote restart, it just say the device is either offline or there is no internet coverage. I tried to unbind it and start a new one, but the do not disturb functions is still on the watch, but it does not show on the phone. I also tried restarting the device on the watch when the do not disturb function was off, but it still says that there is no internet coverage or the device is offline. Could you please help? Kako da resetiram sat? Naime kupila sam djetetu, trazila se app se tracker instalirala sam i povezala sa mobitelom svojim. Kako nije lokacija očitavala istinito mjesto djeteta isla sam na reset ali pri novoj prijavi trazi da mi administrator potvrdi prijavu jer već ima račun. (za administratora je postavljen mail od djeteta na koji nista nije došlo) i ne mogu potvrditi da uđem u aplikaciju na mobitelu a samim time ne mogu koristiti ni sat. Kako da pobrisem sve sa sata da ga vratim na tvorničke postavke? Nije upotrebljiv ima jedna tipka koja salje sos upozorenje ista ta pokrece i gasi sat. Nemam kako ga resetirati.

Yes it’s the same problem i’m having. I tried checking what region it was set to and it all seems fine but can’t bind and the watch to the app. The watch does not contain the QR code for the Registration code and have to manually enter it. Dodgy!

Hi, I’ve downloaded Setracker2 app and paired it with the watch. However, my phone is unable to detect the watch’s location even when it was nearby. Unable to add a contact too as the app prompted that the watch is offline. There was network though, the watch could call out and receive calls. Not sure why the app prompted that the watch was offline. Please help to provide a solution.

Tip (borrowed from a May 2022 Play Store review from David K – thanks!): If you get an “Account Error, please check for spaces” error, check the REGION at the bottom of the login screen of the application. It can get reset. (Mine reset to Europe/Africa, rather than North America).
