I have had a sheetz card for awhile but never made an account. I tried making an account on the app and it kept giving an information error. So I tried on the website and still the same error.
Downloaded the sheetz app and tried creating an account on the main website but it keeps giving an error that the information is not correct.
I already have an existing Sheetz card but have never downloaded the Sheetz app. I just did, and am trying to sign myself up using my existing card #. Once I scanned my card though, I was told there was an error. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Will not let me login, will not send recovery email. Since the update yesterday, the app has been unusable. I called the help line, had my old card linked to new account and still cannot access either one.
While I was logged in, the Sheetz app could not retrieve my account information. So I tried logging out and logging back in, giving me “failed to log in” message, so I tried changing my password. The app couldn’t verify my e-mail. So I tried making a new account. Gave me the same message.
At this point I don’t know what to do. I have a trip coming soon, and I really need this convenience. Time sensitive question, so please someone tell me what I should do? Thanks.

I have an older Android Smart phone and when I look at my Offerz section, I usually do not see all of the details of the deals. Turning the phone perpendicular doesn’t do anything. If I tap on the offer, it doesn’t expand. This means I can’t read any of the exclusions, expirations or other pertinent details which has caused some issues while at the register checking out. Is there a way this can be fixed?
