I’ve been using Snapseed for years and love it, but recently decided to import and edit my RAW Sony files. The files show up, but when they load to the edit screen, they’re not full screen, and the files are tiny. The RAW editing tools do not appear. The regular tools appear, but not all of them work with the RAW file. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app. I’ve checked to make sure my camera is supported. Not sure what to do next. Snapseed text tool wont work on all images. Updated iOS and reinstalled Snapseed. If I click on text tool, then I can’t double click text successfully. I have to act as though I’m changing app and my action will take. Every action requires me to begin to exit the app. On iPhone I swipe up from bottom slightly and then my keystrokes will take affect. I’ve tried copying the photo, duplicating it, and have had the same problem with other photos. It doesn’t appear to be related to image type or size or history. IOS 15.2.1 and 15.2. Upgraded hoping update would resolve.

i learned a tip from an earlier search…first edit your photo…even slightly then go to snapseed. Has worked most of the time.

Everytime I go onto my Snapseed app to edit a photo the app freezes as soon as I click on “tools” to try and edit. It won’t let me do anything. When I open a photo with Snapseed and try some of the options for editing it, it just didn’t respond. The photo is loaded but there is no way to change details or tuning, etc.

Seems to me that Google LLC is not interested in fixing issues relating to incompatibility with the latest Apple iOS upgrades and therefore the Snapseed app is being deleted from my iPad and iPhone.
When I updated my iPhone a few weeks (iOS14.7) ago Snapseed didn’t work right. I can’t edit raw files. If I try to edit other images the app crashes or gets stuck!

On iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 14.6 snapssed often freezes in ‘Portrait’ and ‘Adjustment’ mode.
The snapseed freeze when I want to edit a photo. It’s very disturbing cause for 2 minutes a i can’t do anything on my iPhone.

I have lost functionality in Snapseed on iPad with IOS 14.6. For example, neither Details nor Tune Image work. I can crop and save. Please advise. Snapseed is my go to editing app on my iPad.
I’m running iOS 14.6 and it’s been observed that Snapseed just isn’t working like it used to before the update to 14. More often than not, edit functions would freeze mid-processing and not resolve at all despite waiting. Typically noticeable in RAW develop, HDR and other intensive edits.
Have tried uninstalling repeatedly without improvements.
Please help.
Hi, I am experiencing great difficulties with Snapseed since iOS upgrade to 14.5.
I have iPhone 12ProMax and shoot a lot as AppleProRAW. Snapseed worked fine with the files until iOS14.5. It has had two upgrades recently, but they did not fix the problem. Snapseed completely freezes when I open a DNG file.

I am using iOS 14.4.1, my images taken today could not be saved, after doing some edits.
There is usually a “Save As” option which is no longer there.
Looked at the permissions and all have not changed in a while.
