My events and messages are not loading, this isnt the first time this happened i deleted and redownloaded the app again but this time that hasnt worked

Cannot create recurring event. No error but nothing happens when I click create
Looks like spond installed with an Asian timezone even though I’m based in Ireland and never set this timezone.
The initial & only screen is titled
Spond with “Take the hard work out of teamwork with smooth communications between coaches managers, members & parents on one platform,” with a few pictures of an adult on his phone a boy with a rugby ball a girl running & a tent, it doesn’t move from this screen & there is no way to prompt or move it on.
Images and pdfs won’t load.
