Hi, the Broadcast center in game and the little paper plane in the top left corner by the Chiefs Profile link both lead to a blank webpage, is this still in development or is there a problem, I have tried repairing the game but that doesn’t work. Hello. I am having trouble to upload a profile picture. Whenever I choose a picture it doesn’t allow me to submit. It throws me back to my settlement view as if I just exited and re-entered the game. I’ve tried contacting the in-game support, but it doesn’t allow me to upload a screenshot either. My app permissions are all set to ‘allow’ and I’ve tried ‘repair game’ twice already. As soon as the game enters my gallery to choose a picture it acts like I exited the game.

Hi all! Today I did an experiment and found a vulnerability related to state of survival accounts. Let’s say our account was stolen, right? You, as the owner, can change the personal data of the account and automatically the person who stole your account will be disconnected from it. BUT, beware, it only disconnects if connected on a mobile device. Unfortunately, if it connects from the sos launcher on the computer, even if you change the account data and all the information, it will still remain on the account and will not disconnect regardless of what you change.
I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible.

I’m in state #314 and since you introduced the new story missions with the new heroes I have issues with this missions
Even if my heroes have 8m power and monsters have 3.5m, I cannot finish level 1 from that mission
Also the complexity remains 100%, doesn’t go low at all.

Stuck loading “Retrieving Version Info” – bar appears to download only a very small amount of data and just stops moving. As a test I set my phone down for over an hour just to see if maybe it was a big chunk singular file it was downloading, but there is been zero progression to the download. Unable to load the game as a result.

I have been playing SoS with the new PC launcher reasonably successfully for a few weeks (previously played through bluestacks). Now, though it won’t completely load game resources – gets stuck about 90% to the end. OR, which is even more annoying, an error comes up saying loading failed. I have absolutely no idea why these problems have just started.

My SOS was working fine and then after a recent update it started giving me an internet sign with an explanation point and a twirling fist. It has made the game impossible to play and no fun. Player name Artemchik was hacked in to and i am trying to gain full access of my account
I play SoS everyday on my Samsung tablet. Today when trying to play, the load screen comes up and the load bar gets about half way and then goes back to home screen. I have restarted and rebooted my tablet but same happens. I get notifications about the activites happening in SoS so it seems to be running in the background. How can I fix?
