Hi – I have been successfully using the SMS app for years. But now for some reason the app is “stuck” in Capture Mode. So I am about to start a new project and the “timer” that normally appears on the right hand side panel when starting a new project isn’t necessarily there, but one of the 4 following aspects WILL be (photo, timer, time lapse and one other). Tried to purchase the pro extension, but the keyboard to enter an important code I needed didn’t show up on the screen all the way. It was cut off and only the first row of keys appeared. It may have something to do with the aspect ratio. PLEASE help with this, I have a project I need to finish for school.
The app will not allow me to take pictures in Manuel mode, in the other three modes it works fine, but once I’m in Manuel mode it will not take pictures.

Ich habe das Problem dass wenn ich ein Video hochladen will da immer der fehler 68 kommt. Ich habe diese App gerade für mich entdeckt und habe dadurch auch mit YouTube angefangen. Ich komme auf meinem Kanal gut voran, dafür dass ich ihn erst seit einer Woche habe (@Ërrisch). Aber wenn keine Videos mehr kommen währe dass sehr schade. Ich habe durch das machen der Videos eine neue Leidenschaft gefunden und ohne den ganzen Zuspruch der Aufrufe und in den Kommentaren ist es sehr viel schwerer durchs leben zu gehen. Der Zuspruch macht mich nicht so wertfrei wie es die Schule und meine Klasse macht und dadurch schaffe ich es einfacher nicht depressiv zu werden. Uch fühle mich besser wenn ich Videos hochlade und habe keine schlaflosen Nächte, doch ohne Video fühle ich mich wie immer Leer und denke dann über meine Existenz nach. Bitte helft mir weiterhin durchs Leben zu gehen und beseitigt den fehler 68.

I have a Ubeesize remote shutter for an ios6 phone. The device works great when taking a pic with the phone, but when running Stop Motion Studio Pro it does not work. The last time I used it was 10 months ago, and it worked fine within the app. I have a feeling that subsequent system updates may have changed something since it still works to operate the camera. Anything for me to try is appreciated.
Hello, I have a similar problem where when I try to upload a video to my laptop, the error ACAShareRenderWaitView@68 appears, and I can’t share one of my short videos because of an unknown error, as well as the addition that the option of sharing the video file to Google Drive isn’t available. The app’s name is Stop Motion Studio the trial edition.
I had the same issue and updated my phone. It then worked but only in HD. Kept getting the same error in the other download format, Hope that helps?

Audio is grayed out
I cannot replay a video that’s longer than 1:40. What am I to do to fix this immediately? And yes, I have updated the app but still have the same issue.
After the latest update, on mobile the focus does not stay the same after each picture. This is very frustrating as I can’t make stop motions due to it keep blurring out. Please fix this,has it was perfectly fine before.Thanks.

On windows PC stop motion studio pro, whenever I change the camera to an external DSLR it crashes. This wasn’t the case last week.

Whenever I go to record audio, the button to record and play pops up and then immediately closes and I am not able to record audio. This is an issue, as the films I am creating I need to record audio for.
when I play the animation while I’m inside the project, it only plays the last 12 frames of the animation, no matter where my marker or where the camera is either. Im animating at 12 frames per second if that makes a difference.

I have the same problem. It won’t acknowledge the URL I enter (as prompted by the Remote Camera App itself) either. Just refuses to connect at all.
An Error comes up when I press the take photo button. It says at the end (CaptureViewController-636). It did not happen before and it only happens when I take a picture from where I always did it before and where I want to take it from.
Remote camera app can find Stop Motion Studio but won’t connect. I have uninstalled and installed and nothing has worked as of yet

Bei meinem Stop Motion Film(der über 20min lang war) bin ich kurz runter gegangen um etwas zu trinken. Als uch wieder kam, hat sich meine Handy neu gestartet. The stop motion app doesn’t show my recordings in the recording section
Recently when using a Bluetooth connected remote to snap pictures it hasn’t been working in this app, (it works fine in my other camera but for some reason won’t in this one) the remote I was using was a xenvo shutterbug and have tried fixing it and can’t. This problem started a few weeks ago roughly.
why do I get question marks rather than the frame image in my time line ?

None of the videos my students made can play after saving and sending the files. This is disappointing! Every media player says doesn’t recognize file type. I tried to look up the file type it came out as some very bizarre type of file for some reason. Please help. They worked very hard on these.
On Windows I cannot export the movie to any format – I just get 0 bytes files or Stop Motion Studio just crashes. It is useless without this feature working properly…
I’m working with school iPads and all of them on the Stop Motion Studio App are spontaneously adding frames with the iPad camera without touching the capture button or any of the buttons on the iPad. It’s just taking pictures on its own.

My animation was ok yesterday but now the whole film is upside down
I have made a video on my phone and want to transfer it to my windows laptop to edit it. How do I do that? I’ve tried mailing it and saving it to the laptop, but when I try to import it in Stop Motion Studio it doesn’t find the video.
After emailing the file to yourself try saving it as a download rather than another type of file. I had problems when I tried to save it any other way, Then, open Stop Motion Studio, choose create a new project, and import it as a clip (from the + sign). I did this and it worked fine.
I am using a bluetooth photo trigger with stop motion pro. It works sometimes and sometimes not. I am able to take a regular picture with the trigger always.

Hi. I have copied an image from a previous frame, and each time i open the “edit” menu on the copied image, it shrinks! And gets smaller and smaller every time I open the “edit” menu.
The weird thing is, that this does not happen when I try to edit and image that I haven’t copied from another frame.
I love Stop Motion Studio and it usually works amazingly for me, but I’ve been having problems the last few days. When we play the video, it skips to the end, and at the end it skips forward and backward for the last few seconds of the video over and over again. I know that’s complicated, but I can’t think of a clearer way to say it. We adore this app and stop motion as a whole, so please get it fixed as soon as possible. Thank you.
Since January 2021 I’m having trouble with the quality image of the app.
Somehow the pixelization got worse, I know that I’m not the only one who got this problem. Do you have any idea what happened?
