Watch ads and don’t get the gems. Nobody has bothered to get in touch. I spend good money with this app. You have to watch the ads to get the gems. But havant been able to get the gems. As when watched ad the gems to not go up into the box. It stays blue but dosnt respond. So loosing out collecting gems. So have to buy more just to keep up. But not doing it anymore. So get gems in other ways by winning challenges.

Since I updated the app, it is no longer working. This is quite painful as I have reached level 226 and purchased items in the game. I should be able to enjoy what I have paid for. The support service and the other services listed on instagram bluntly ignore your concern, no reply whatsoever.
This is not really fair on customers.

Hi lovely Yes same here since updating the app. The gems that you should get every couple of hrs and have to watch an ad for does does respond after watching ad. So watched ad for nothing. I have complained 3 or 4 times . Nobody comes back. It is unfair.

Jean Hill…. Hi I just recently ran into the same exact problem today. I was extremely unhappy because I had a lot of progress I had a lot of diamonds and clothes. Thank God I finally figured it out with my husband, here is what you do so when you go to your Facebook connect and it brings you back to the very beginning, that’s okay ( I thought this was weird too but I figured it out after this) you have to go through the tutorial and you have to go through level one, once you get to level two go to your Facebook connect and there you’ll find your saved progress and it will say this one is the recommended one and that is your old game progress but it doesn’t show up until level 2 of the game….. Make sure you didn’t turn off the adds…or unlock the adds. I have mine unlocked so therefore I don’t see adds, but I don’t want to see them. Go check where they have the the sells and offers… And just make sure that your ads are not unlocked if they’re unlocked that’s why you’re not seeing them… This game has so many glitches in it… I think that they should not put a game out until it was fully developed, it is so frustrating my games freezes up on me every 5 minutes, it’s horrible but I love this game I hope this helps you
