I have just purchase Tayasui Pro and it will open up but won’t respond to stylus strokes or will work intermittently only. The menu functions open etc but pen strokes malfunction so useless.
I have up to date Android system on a new samsung tablet. I have also deleted then reloaded the App again but the same thing happens. Please cancel my subscription and refund my payment today . Thank you

I have restarted, downloaded the latest app, but my app keeps crashing every couple minutes and hardly saves any changes. I work on an IPad iOS 12.5.5. Updates for the ipad are also up to date. What can i do
