as the telegram support does not answer, I hope to find some help here.
I had to delete and reinstall the Telegram app for system reasons. Now I can’t log in again. When I try the app asks me for my number. After logging the app tells me that an validation code was sent to the app on my registered device. Well, this is the registered device… The same happenes by trying to login on the web-app. I can’t find the option to send me a sms. There is an option at the bottom of the page “tap to get a code via sms”. When I tap it the following message appears: ” Sorry. If you didn’t get the code by sms or call please check your cellular data settings and phone number. Your remaining options are to try another number or contact the support”
I can receive sms and calls and the number is right… I don’t know what to do…
