During live streaming picture quantity always changes to a poor picture quantity. No problems with any other streaming services. Have latest Sony tv.

I installed Tennis TV on my fairly new amazon firestick, subscribed, enter the code on the TV into their web page, which says successful registration but the tv then gives error saying try again. Logged in logged out restarted everything, reinstalled app on firestick 3 days of customer service asking me the same questions. Fed up and missing prime time tennis.

I have just renewed subscription and up until now no problem on my iPhone iPad and Mac now all sorts of problems… cannot watch replays on iPad, and now my Mac does not respond the new subscription, says I must join every time i try to watch it. Tennis tv not showing replays on ipad
I haven’t been able to watch a single match this month or last month. Every time I try to click a live video it says, “couldn’t connect to live TV please reset the application and try again. Error: undefined” how do I get around this so I can actually use the app. I’ve tried resetting everything and it just keeps saying the same thing. I’d like to somehow get a refund for the last month and a half as I’ve been paying for tennis TV and it is not worked and I haven’t got to watch a single match.

Yes it is tha Samsung TV app that is the problem. It worked ok when the new one was released, but sadly it has stopped working now. Samsung needs to release a patch as soon as possible!
Inconsistent loading – sometimes never fully loads. Very poor sound, generally sound fails every few minutes for a few seconds. As does the picture – it freezes after the sound has come back. It makes a nonsense of following a match. Very disappointed as have supported TennisTV ( paid up!) for a long time now.
No icon on screen. I have an annual subscription. So can’t use it.

Cant disarm unmute mode – therefore no sound- using amazon firebox- is it possible i need a more up to date remote control as the functions on this one do not seem compatible
I can’t disarm mute either. sometimes I’ll get it by randomly clicking buttons to unmute but the app is so hard to maneuver
Instead of live match its a replay from a different match, i have never seen such a mess , nothing is working but taking the customers money is no problem for you
Cannot exit a match using the no score option. Also,difficult to get a clear overview of the schedules and order of play.

The initial login to the new platform took too many attempts. I am not sure I will renew my subscription. Other tennis streaming options exist but are nowhere near the excellent standard of the the previous TennisTV App
