Today around 4am problem no resolved
11000 points and bonus was removed for no reason and the screen never notified this big amount , I used yes but very less .
Also different amounts was noticed on exactly the same time and second that proof it s from a beug from your application .
The chat support never answered properly and cut the conversation without my own answer or any help and honest verification.
I used to contact already 3/4 times .
The last I told that if they been paid for not a supportive help why they been paid for !!!
I m very sad for that wrong management and anti commercial response…

The game shows my progress from maybe 6 months ago (644) and says “Join a team to get free lives!” — but I’m already ON a team, and my current progress is 2524. When I search my current team, and try to rejoin, the game says “You are already in this team” — and sure enough, there’s my name “Fiona” and my current score —- but when I exit that field and go back to the game, it shows my current level is 644 — and of course, to “join a team to get free lives!” and no, i can’t chat with anyone — i’m totally cut off. and no, i wasn’t booted by team — everyone is friendly and i’m a regular participant in tournaments. What is going on with my game It is like a TWILGIHT ZONE.
Game says to “join a team” so I search my team – try to rejoin and game says “you’re already on this team” — and yes, indeed i am — there’s Fiona with score 2524 — yet, my current playing screen says I only have 684 points and that I’m not on a team… Endless loop.
